Splendid penthouse in the central square of the old village of Mondovì, inside a completely renovated historic residence. The large size and the attention to detail make this accommodation, located on the top floor with lift, the ideal solution for those seeking the comfort of a modern home in the heart of a village rich in history. Free parking 150m away very conveniently, with the possibility of unloading luggage under the house. Nearby there are typical restaurants, art, strolls with breathtaking views of the Langhe, wine bars and, via the funicular railway, scenic access to the city's shopping centre.
The old town of Mondovì is rich in art and culture, with its churches and historical buildings. I recommend walking through its streets amidst breathtaking views and landscapes, sitting down for a coffee in the Piazza, or relaxing at one of its restaurants rich in gastronomic tradition. In the surroundings of Mondovì you can enjoy various activities, from skiing in winter to hiking or cycling in summer in the beautiful mountains. The proximity to the Ligurian sea or to the Langhe, a Unesco heritage site, make the city strategic for convenient and fascinating out-of-town trips, not forgetting the splendid basilica of the Sanctuary of Vicoforte with its world's largest elliptical dome, just a few kilometres away.
