La Magnolia B&B consists of two apartments.
The first apartment is on the ground floor, facing our garden filled with roses, aromatic herbs, lavender, and many fragrant jasmine plants. It has an area of 40 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. It is equipped with all the comforts, just like being at home, with a romantic touch… restored antique furniture and other pieces handmade by the host’s father, plus hearts everywhere…
The second apartment, located on the first floor, is a true residential home of over 100 square meters. Once inhabited by the owners, it features parquet flooring throughout and white doors that frame this charming, romantic, slightly shabby-style space. Paintings, books to read, ornaments, and antique furniture will make you feel at ease during your stay. The highlight of the apartment is a large kitchen. The main bedroom has a private area with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
A variety of services will also be available; feel free to ask for more information.

We are located in Arrone, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, a true gem in the heart of Umbria. Our location is ideal for reaching the must-see spots in Umbria. We are just 7 km from the Marmore Waterfalls, fifteen minutes from Lake Piediluco, where you can enjoy a swim in the summer with the stunning backdrop of the lakeside village. Only 30 km away, you can visit Spoleto, famous for the Festival of Two Worlds as well as its many artistic attractions.
Continuing toward Perugia, you can visit the beautiful Assisi, known as the “homeland” of St. Francis, and explore many other lovely towns such as Todi, Spello, and Bevagna.
Heading toward the Marche region, you’ll find Cascia, renowned for St. Rita, as well as Norcia and Castelluccio, famous for its spectacular wildflower bloom in June.
If you prefer to stay in Arrone, you can swim in the waters of the Nera River, soak up the sun on its beach, and enjoy canoeing or rafting. If you’re into cycling, you can rent one of our e-bikes and take in the natural beauty along the Green Way. Don’t forget to visit Arrone’s old town with its beautiful church and the Olive Tree Tower!
All this can be enjoyed alongside truly delicious food... you absolutely must try the truffle, the typical ciriole alla ternana, or some excellent grilled meat!
