La struttura, di nuova costruzione,che sorge ai piedi del borgo di Miglianico, offre un parcheggio privato con un grazioso giardino. La casa si trova a 500 mt da uno dei più importanti campi da golf del centro Italia, 16 km dall'areoporto di Pescara, 3 km dal casello autostradale di Pescara sud, 4 km dal mare, 20 km dalla costa dei Trabocchi, e 15 km dalla montagna.
Ai piedi del borgo di Miglianico nasce la nostra casa dotata di ogni confort e circondata da percorsi naturalistici per svolgere attività all'aperto da fare a piedi, in mountain-bike a cavallo e con i nostri amici a 4 zampe.
