The 55-square-meter structure consists of a well-equipped and livable kitchen an open space with a foldaway double bed +1 single bed on request ,a bathroom with a seated shower with hydromassage at the back. The apartment is barrier-free. Access is allowed for wheelchairs also the door to the bathroom and shower are wide, the bathroom sink adequate and functional for such problems. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer. The property is located in the historic center and has private parking within a gated courtyard. It is 200 m from Lake Ceresio , 16 km from Lugano and 12 km from Lake Como. Pets are allowed.
