Lovely 90sqm basement completely renovated apartment . It was restructured in 2018. Large double bedroom with air conditioning overlooking the large living room. The living room has a high but bright window, a single bed, a corner sofa bed, TV, desk and table and chairs. Bathroom with shower, large equipped kitchen with a space with a double sofa bed and a bright window on a patio equipped with outdoor table and chairs. Although it is a basement, the kitchen is at the same level of the main entrance and the apartment is very nice. Accommodation is located about 250 meters from the beach.
I live in the apartment above and I'm available at certain times and certainly when needed.
The area is residential and quiet but very close to the center.The center is easily reached on foot but there are also frequent buses. The beach is about 300 meters
