We are in the characteristic Borgo Ticino district, famous for the historic Ponte Coperto and the ancient and evocative church of Santa Maria in Bethlem, well served by typical restaurants, bars and public transport that allow you to reach the entire city in a short time. On foot, you can reach the main shopping street (Corso Strada Nuova) in just 3 minutes and the main square of Pavia, Piazza Vittoria, in 10 minutes. In the summer, the location offers the possibility of pleasant bike rides or walks in the greenery of the Ticino Park, with routes of several kilometers. You can easily reach Milan both by car and by public transport in about half an hour. The Oltrepò Pavese, renowned for its splendid vineyards and its cellars, is only 30 minutes away by car.
