Hello, I'm Tom, and I'm the owner of the "Le Balze" farm in Fontisterni, in the Valdarno area, 20 minutes from Florence, where I also produce olive oil. Hosting guests is a wonderful experience for me because I enjoy socialising - while, of course, respecting their privacy - and I also love introducing them to regional dishes I prepare as an amateur chef but with a lot of passion.g

At our farmhouse "Le Balze", the 'Asinara' room on the first floor features exposed beam ceilings and wooden furniture, a large double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Through the stairs, you can access the fully equipped kitchen at your exclusive disposal. The kitchen has a spacious bathroom with a shower and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. In total this combination sleeps 4 guests and offers two bathrooms. Perfect for a family of four. Breakfast is included in the price. The farmhouse offers a large private swimming pool, free parking, WiFi, and a barbecue area. Lunches and dinners are available upon request. Tourist tax is included in the price

The Le Balze di Fontisterni farmhouse is located approximately 20 km east of Florence in the Valdarno region. It's a true oasis, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and lush forests. A delightful spot in the midst of the Florentine hills. The apartments and rooms, all with exposed beam ceilings and wooden furniture, can be arranged to communicate with each other if a group of friends or family members are using all the guest rooms.
