Located on the second floor of an early sixteenth century building, it is an apartment that has a double entrance. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet connection, TV, washing machine, oven, microwave and induction hobs. It is composed of a kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, hallway and bathroom with shower cubicle (without bidet and with separate shower). ATTENTION: The apartment is located in an active restricted traffic zone with traffic blocked from 7.00 pm to 7.00 am (approximate time). IMPORTANT Any costs expected on site (such as final cleaning, service flat rate, damage deposit, ...) are already included in the total but WILL NOT BE CHARGED directly to your credit card at the time of booking. In fact, they will have to be paid DIRECTLY ON SITE upon arrival at the facility. The property does not provide bedroom and bathroom linen, it is possible to request rental at the time of confirmation by paying a supplement (advance payment before arrival at the property).
