A charming, completely renovated flat located in the heart of Sanremo, 50 metres from the Casino, ‘InLuce Terrazza’ is located in the central area of the city, 100 metres from the beaches, the cycle path and the large municipal car park. The property was completely renovated in 2018 and furnished in a modern style, bright and with an eye for art and comfort. Equipped with large wardrobes, a room for convenient luggage storage, a safe, two flat-screen TVs with Chromecast, a bathroom with chromotherapy in the shower area, a kitchen with a spacious peninsula and brand new appliances, we have equipped the house with a smart working station. You will find a touch of art in every room, through paintings and modern art objects, but without overpowering the style of the house. A fabulous and unique terrace of almost 40 square metres in the centre will allow you to experience the beating heart of the city, while still respecting your privacy, as it overlooks the quiet pedestrian street of Sanremo, Corso Giacomo Matteotti, the street with the most prestigious shops in the city and the famous “Arsiton” Theatre, which is only 350 metres away, where one of the most famous singing events in the world, the Sanremo Festival, takes place every year.

I am a building contractor with a passion for art and travel. I personally oversaw every detail of the renovation of this flat in 2018, so that guests staying at ‘InLuce Terrazza’ could enjoy a comfortable and pleasant experience. I am passionate about sports, cinema, art and music. What I like most about offering hospitality to travellers is the desire to learn about new cultures, to exchange ideas and to learn something new from each other. The neighbourhood where the flat is located is the beating heart of the city of Sanremo: it overlooks the so-called ‘vasca’ (pool), Via Matteotti, the city's main street, full of shops, restaurants and bars. You will find yourself just a few dozen metres from the beaches and the ‘Chiesa Russa’ monument, and you can see the Sanremo Casino, just 70 metres away, from the beautiful terrace. Walking inland, about 200 metres from the house, you will be immersed in history: you can visit the church of San Siro and the old part of the city, known as the ‘Pigna’. If you want to experience Sanremo's nightlife, in less than 5 minutes on foot you can find yourself in ‘Piazza Bresca’, the true maritime heart of the city, which offers a unique culinary experience with typical restaurants and more. You will find bars and cafés where you can relax and enjoy the view and the scent of the sea, as the street overlooks the historic port of Sanremo. Behind the flat is the ‘Riviera dei Fiori cycle path’, a jewel of the Mediterranean, which stretches for 24 km and allows you to ride along the city's coastline, take wonderful walks, go cycling or rollerblading and skateboarding.
