The apartment, in the heart of the historic center, boasts a suggestive view over the roofs of the city and the civic tower. The recently renovated two-room apartment is located on the third floor and consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a fully equipped open space kitchen with a double sofa bed, a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a window and a washing machine and towels. Ideal for couples or singles. There is a 45-inch TV with integrated SkyQ (sports, cinema, children, documentaries). The accommodation is also equipped with a Bluetooth speaker to transmit music from a mobile phone or tablet. In the immediate vicinity of the main services (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, cafes, theater, university, hospital ...)
