Lovely and luxury apartment of 70 sqm (750 square feet) on the lake and in the center of the village of Lezzeno, close to restaurants, bars and a grocery store. The apartment has a very large living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and one double bedroom. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed for two people plus a folding extra bed. It can accommodate up tp 5 people comfortably. The beach can be reached directly from the building. Bellagio center is only 10 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by bus.

About 5 minutes walk from the apartment you will find a few nice restaurants, a grocery store and a few bars. The public boat stop is at 600 meters from the apartment, about 7 minute walk. The bus stop is less than 100 meters, one minute walk from the apartment. Bellagio center is at 7 km, it takes about 15 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by car. Como is at 22 km, about 30 minutes by car or 50 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by hydrofoil.
