The single bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, while the double bedroom has access to a private balcony. A second bathroom is divided into two areas: an anteroom with sink and washing machine space, and a separate area with a hot tub and a balcony for drying laundry. Air conditioning is available in all rooms except the bathrooms. Fast Wi-Fi is also ideal for video calls, and the Smart TV offers streaming services. The building has an elevator, but it is currently unavailable. The beach is about 3 km away, perfect for your days by the sea. There is a non-reserved, unnumbered condominium parking space available, as well as free street parking. A bus stop is located right outside, and the centre of Sestri is only 700 metres away, with the main shopping street, shops, bars, and restaurants. Families will appreciate the nearby Villa Rossi Park, perfect for walks in the greenery and children's play. Events are not allowed on the property. For active guests, a shared tennis court is 650 metres away.
