Garda Lake is always a good idea! Hi, I’m Ariana and I manage my clients’ properties to offer them to the international tourist market. I love this job, but even more, I love Lake Garda, especially Sirmione, the city where I live! We will not be present in the condominium; in case of need or to get advice on what to visit or do in the surroundings, we will always be available through the Message Center or via the dedicated number that we will provide you once the reservation is made.

Welcome to our cozy apartment on the second floor of a quiet residence in a Sirmione neighborhood. It offers 2 bedrooms, a bright living room with a kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the park and pool. Perfect for families, it features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, reserved parking, and access to the pool and communal park. Just a short walk from the beach and close to major attractions. Ideal for a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda. House Rules: • Check-in: From 3:00 PM via web check-in and smart access (or keys in a safe); in-person check-in is possible with a surcharge, upon request at the time of booking. • Check-out: By 10:00 AM Rules: • No pets allowed • No smoking • No parties or additional guests • Respect for neighbors and common areas • Pool hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM • Dispose of waste in the designated bins before departure
