Whole house on two floors newly renovated in Castelnuovo Del Garda, a few kilometers from all the parks such as Gardaland, Caneva, Safari Zoo Pastrengo, Moviland, Le terme di Cola ', Aquardens. Located between the beautiful Verona, Valeggio (Sigurta Garden Park, Borghetto) and the beautiful Lake Garda (Peschiera, Lazise, Bardolino, Sirmione, etc ...). 5 km from the Peschiera del Garda hospital. Also great for reaching the Verona Fair area without the city traffic.
Passionate about cinema and music from a young age, I discovered the values ​​of hospitality thanks to previous occupations in the tourist sector abundant in the area. In 2018 I decided to merge all these passions in the house I propose to you in Castelnuovo del Garda. The pleasures of the Lake and of Verona without the disadvantages of traffic.
Very close to the town center, within a radius of 150 meters there are bars, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets and a laundrette. In the neighborhood there is the Viscontea tower renovated in 2019 and two large parks (one right behind the house); walking for about 5 minutes we find the sports center with gym, health trail, beach volleyball court, soccer and five-a-side courts, skating rink.
