Completely renovated apartment of about 70sqm, which can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift in a residential context surrounded by greenery and tranquility, just 450 meters from "Uruguay" stop of M1 undeground line that leads towards Duomo and the city center on the one side and towards Rho-Fiera Milano on the other. The apartment has 3 balconies, one of which is quite spacious with chairs and outdoor table. The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, double sofa bed and access to the balcony with outdoor furniture; - KITCHEN with fan and small balcony and equipped with fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, moka and electric kettle; - LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine and dryer; - BATHROOM with bidet and large shower box; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe, small balcony and EN-SUITE BATHROOM with bidet and bathtub.
