The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car. The town of Vieste, whose historical center is situated on a rocky promontory steeply overlooking the sea, is also nearby. On the first floor of the house there is another apartment which is occasionally used by the owners. The sun terrace can be reached by an outside staircase. Mosquito nets on the bedroom windows. A resort with animation is located nearby.
