A recently renovated 60 sqm apartment, located in the heart of the city on the third floor of a historic palace of the seventeenth century. A suggestive open-space, quiet and bright with a large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom, closet and bathroom with hidro shower. The apartment is located in the pedestrian area of the vibrant historic center of Rimini, surrounded by many bike paths that connect the city to the sea through the parks.
I am a dynamic person, a lover of nature, art and design. Father of two beautiful children together with my partner we are restructuring a farmhouse in the Marche. During summer we move to the countryside to restore in person our house so we leave the apartment of Rimini where we live during the year free. During this moments we give you our space. Special thanks to all that we have the pleasure to host because they will contribute to achieve our project.
