IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ Welcome to our peaceful luxury farmhouse, set in a private location ideal for those seeking a true escape from everyday life. The surrounding farmland features terraced olive groves, blueberry bushes, and plum trees. The property sits on a panoramic point offering breathtaking 360° views of the plains, rolling hills, and the Alps. Guests can also enjoy tranquil forests and scenic walking trails, perfect for relaxing strolls or invigorating hikes. A golf course is just a short drive away. Access: The accommodation is located on the first floor and is reached via the spiral staircase shown in the photos. If you are bringing very large suitcases, they can be taken upstairs through the main house by prior arrangement — please notify us before arrival. Breakfast: Breakfast is provided in the apartment, allowing you to enjoy it at your own pace. This includes cereals (such as muesli and cornflakes), biscuits, marmalade, toast slices, fruit, coffee, tea, deli-meats, cheese, yoghurt, local honey, nuts and seeds, dried-fruit, and juices. Fresh milk will be available in the refrigerator upon arrival. Guests can enjoy classic Italian coffee by making use of the Moka Bialetti pot present in the apartment. Local Produce: Fruit and vegetables in this region are seasonal and locally sourced. As a welcome gesture, we are delighted to provide all guests with a complimentary selection of fresh fruit on arrival. We produce our own Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Honey on the farm and offer this for sale directly to all guests. Special Diets: Gluten-free breakfast options or other specific dietary requirements are available upon request. Laundry: There is no washing machine in the apartment. However, a weekday on-premise laundry service is available upon request. Please contact us in advance for pricing. Additional Services: Beds can be separated on request (small fee applies).
