Property information

Villetta Maredoro is located just 10 meters from the magical beaches of the Maldives of Salento. The villa has a furnished entrance patio which leads to the dining area with adjoining kitchen. A hallway leads to the sleeping area which has three bedrooms, two of which are double and one triple with single bed and bunk bed. All served by a bathroom complete with large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine for the entire home. The structure has a further back patio, equipped with outdoor table and chairs and stone barbecue, to allow you to enjoy the cool Salento evenings. Villetta Maredoro will provide our guests with 1 Pass to park their car for free on the public road, considering that the parking area is subject to charges.

Neighbourhood information

Villetta Maredoro - Beach Front Pescoluse is located a stone's throw from the sandy beach of Pescoluse. The proximity to the sea, however, is not the only strong point of the accommodation, in fact it is just a few minutes from the urban center of Torre Vado and Morciano di Leuca, where you can find numerous shops such as supermarkets, pizzerias, trattorias, restaurants, farmhouse, bar and artisan ice cream parlors. Torre Vado is a seaside resort located on the Ionian side of Salento and is just over 6 km from Santa Maria di Leuca. The town has developed over time around a 16th century Saracen tower commissioned by the Spaniards, which is said to have given the place its name. Torre Vado is a popular destination for tourists and locals, thanks to the excellent quality of the bathing water and the services offered.
