New structure renovated in October 2016, with brand new interiors, wooden roof ventilated, balcony with wooden floor, railing with protection for children, ceiling fans in both rooms, air condition, many closets and storage spaces, directly on the traffic, view from the balcony on the sea and the city of Vasto
