Property information

- A receptionist will take care of check-in (from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm) and check-out (from 8:30 am to 10:00 am). Please communicate your expected arrival time after booking. - Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the relevant rental contract in Italian. - The tourist tax is excluded from the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable and payment on site will be required - FIRST LINEN KIT INCLUDED (towels and sheets): possibility of requesting a change at an additional cost. - In case of failure to dispose of waste, a penalty will be withheld from the deposit. - In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or dishes, a penalty of will be withheld from the deposit. - Air conditioning not present in all rooms. - Dedicated parking.
