For check-in is essential for the guests to get in touch with the structure in advance (at least one week before arrival) to communicate the expected arrival time and complete check in online. This is mandatory in order to be registered to the municipality police station. The tourist tax, always EXCLUDED from the cost of the stay and must be paid in cash, for arrival after 7PM there is and extra fee to pay SEE FINE PRINT.

Residenza Al Mercato is a cozy and wonderful apartment located on the fourth floor of a Venetian building in "Sestiere San Polo" close to the historical Rialto Market and Rialto Bridge. This modern flat is composed of a bright and comfortable living area with exposed beams, an equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a windowed bathroom with shower. The house is spacious and just above Rialto Market; from the windows you have a view on the canal below, and you can catch sight of the Grand Canal. The accommodation is suitable for couples and travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the beautiful Venice. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with super fast internet and air conditioning in the bedroom; kitchen with stove, coffee machine and kettle; sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided according to the number of guests.

Neighbourhood information

The main attractions in Sestiere San Polo, are Rialto bridge, the famous Rialto market where you can buy fresh fish, vegetables and fruits, and the amazing Basilica dei Frari with many Renaissance artists' artworks, among which Tiziano's ones. In this area , just before Rialto bridge there is venitians' favourite happy hour corner ''Erbaria'' . The apartment is basically just above Rialto Market, which means it's three minutes walking from Rialto bridge.
