You will be greeted by Gianni, a lover of travel and 'dole life', together with art-loving mother Pina, a designer and teacher of various embroidery techniques, with a warm welcome and always available to make your stay unique.

Property information

A recently renovated farmhouse offers finely furnished rooms with bathroom in a typically Sicilian atmosphere characterised by stone walls. Facilities include an internal car park, laundry, a communal kitchen, a large dining room with a fireplace, a furnished outdoor porch where you can have breakfast, a large garden with a barbecue area, a solarium and a small swimming pool are the jewels in the crown for enjoying the days in absolute tranquillity for a good relaxation. Last but not least, situated on a hill with a partial sea view of the Ragusa and Maltese coast, you can admire fantastic sunsets. Let yourself be captivated by the lure of Sicily, we are sure you will return!

Neighbourhood information

The farmhouse, a few kilometres from the various commercial activities and shopping streets, is immersed in the Modican countryside. However, it boasts a strategic location that will allow you to reach the historic centre of Modica, the sea and Scicli in just 10 minutes by car. While it will take only 20 minutes to Ragusa Ibla, 45 minutes to Marzamemi and a little more to Syracuse.
