You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a nonrefundable damage waiver. Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of $75 + 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.
