The Villa Sa Maluni is a “pied dans lʼeau” dipped in a garden of 4500 sq.m with a directly access to a small beach, reserved and unexposed to the strong north-west wind. The main house offers all the main comforts (including a wi-fi connection) and a large range of accessories. Sardinian furnitures, liberty style, granite slabs and design pieces are melted in order to give you a warm atmosphere but also essential and pratical. The sleep area is equipped with air conditioner and mosquito nets. The rest of the house, thank to the strong and massive building, is unexposed to summer sultriness. In addition, thanks for the position in first line, a night and day thermal breeze will refresh your lunches and your dinners. On the extended square outside in front of the sea, a secular juniper and a tensile structure will overshadow the relax area and the large dining area with barbecue. It will be enough to come down about few steps to reach the little-visited beach or the pool.

Coast/Beach: The beach is in front of the house with a direct and private access. The garden of the property embraces totally a small bay with a pebbles beach. From the gate you have just a minute to reach also the big sandy beach of Geremeas. The area where is located the property is full of beautifull beaches, one different to the other. In nearest village of Torre delle Stelle most of the services (ATM, supermarket, restaurant pizzeria, etc.) How to come: The nearest airport is Cagliari Elmas (30km) The nearest port is the port of Cagliari (27km) We suggest to rent a car; here is essential. To discover: We suggest to discover the old city of Cagliari but also the important archaeological sites of the South Sardinia (the punic city of Nora, the Nuragic complex of Barumini).
