The apartment is designed to offer a safe and comfortable stay. It is equipped with a first aid kit and fire safety devices (extinguisher and smoke detector). The security door and shatterproof windows ensure maximum safety, providing excellent sound insulation. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, perfect for relaxation. A versatile lounge area can be transformed into a practical single bed, ideal for hosting a third guest. The room includes a desk with a monitor, suitable for those working remotely. The room is equipped with an LED TV, two wardrobes, and a safety deposit box. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs: cutlery, pots and pans, induction cooktops, oven, microwave, and a coffee and tea machine available for breakfast. The space also offers an additional lounge area with a sofa that can be converted into a single bed when needed. A second TV completes the environment. The bathroom is very spacious, with a washer and dryer available for your laundry needs. You will find fresh towels, a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and shower gel.
