The property includes 14 apartments, each one unique in style, atmosphere, and features. Accessibility: Of these, 8 apartments are located within the main Santa Maria 24 palace and 3 in the building across the street. All 11 are situated on the upper floors of their respective buildings and are accessible only by stairs, as there is no elevator. The remaining 3 apartments – the 2 Seafront View units and the Old Town Lane apartment – are located in independent buildings and are easily accessible, with fewer than 10 steps.
