Our family-run Guesthouse offers an informal atmosphere with a recently renovated environment. We are at the fourth floor of an elegant historic building with elevator. Some of our rooms offer a panoramic view of Florence and its surroundings: ideal for taking some suggestive pictures.

We are located in the Santa Maria Novella area, in the heart of the historic center, therefore you will find yourself deep in the authentic Florentine culture. Furthermore, all the main artistic and architectural attractions, such as the Duomo and the Uffizi, are very close to our Guesthouse and therefore easily reachable on foot. In our area there is a wide choice of typical Tuscan restaurants and trattorie, suitable for all tastes and for all budgets. We are located extremely close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, so we are easily reachable whether you arrive at our Guesthouse by train, bus or plane thanks to the convenient connection between Florence Airport and Santa Maria Novella station provided by Tramvia.
