Recently renovated independent flat in a portion of a rustic building located in a quiet residential area, approx. 2 km from the historic centre of Castelfranco Veneto, which can also be reached by bicycle path. The property has a covered patio and private garden and provides access to a large green area reserved for residents. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with large shower, open living room with double sofa bed, breakfast peninsula, kitchen, patio and garden. At guests' disposal: air conditioner, fan, 55'' Smart TV with free NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO, free WIFI/ethernet connection, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, blender, microwave oven, dishwasher, air fryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, air dryer, linen, towels, welcome kit. Cot available on demand. The accommodation is located on the ground floor so it is easily accessible even for elderly people or those with walking difficulties. Free outdoor parking available in front of the accommodation.
The owners live on the upper floors of the rustic portion so they are always available subject to other commitments. In any case, guests are provided with a welcome kit with all the instructions for accessing the flat and using the services available. Few days before arrival a message will be sent to the guests with the necessary contacts to communicate with the host and agree on how to hand over the keys.
Flat located in a strategic area for visiting the walled cities of Cittadella, Bassano del Grappa, Marostica and Asolo. From Castelfranco Veneto station it is possible to reach the centers of the cities of Venice, Padua, Treviso and Vicenza in less than 45' by train. The accomodation is located in the heart of an area with a wide range of gastronomic proposals, 45' from Valdobbiadene, within the Unesco Heritage "Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene".
