Two hosts specialising in delivering first-class Tuscan experience to their guests. Running a beautiful Tuscan estate with beautiful grounds and breathtaking views. The owners are present on the estate and can help with guests requests but we appreciate that your holiday is hard earned and like to leave you to enjoy your holiday and surroundings.

This stylish 1-bedroom apartment on a 15 hectares estate, surrounded by vineyards & Tuscan hills, is beautifully decorated; has access to the swimming pool & private balcony area. The apartment has an open sitting/dinning area, double bedroom , bathroom, WiFi & everything you need for a luxurious, relaxing Tuscan holiday. With lots of hiking routes & nature; the ancient, historical town of Anghiari is only 5 minutes drive, it’s a perfect spot for anyone looking for a perfect Italian holiday.

The estate is surrounded by rural Tuscany with kms of hiking routes, woods, farms, olive groves & vineyards. It is only 5 minutes drive from an ancient, historical town of Anghiari with plenty of restaurants and bars, frequent venues, concerts, festivals etc. 10 minutes drive from Sansepolcro and Monterchi and 30 minutes to the amazingly beautiful city of Arezzo.
