The apartment is DELICIOUS in the center of Bologna. Composed of Two Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, Living Room and Kitchen, WI FI, Air Conditioning is at the end via Indipendenza which arrives in Piazza Maggiore, just 4 minutes walk from Central Station. The 1 Green bedroom (double bed, one single bed, desk, TV) The 2 Pink bedroom (double bed + additional single sofa bed, desk, TV). Very accurate in detail - Completely renovated in 2020. The apartment is equipped with Daikin air conditioning in all rooms - WiFI - heating with radiators - fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all appliances and dishes - kettle - nespresso coffee machine and capsule coffee - sheets and towels - Courtesy set for the bathroom (shower gel - shower cap) - 2 hair dryers - washing machine - dryer - Iron and ironing board.
The location is strategic, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby, the shopping street opposite, Via Indipendenza which is pedestrian at the weekend and arrives in Piazza Maggiore. Move around the area For the parking there are several and cheap next to it, as well as being just outside the limited traffic zone for a road, there is no need to make permits to access or park on the blue lines. Just 4 minutes walk from the central station and the shuttle / Monorail to and from the airport - just 2 minutes from all bus stops in any direction: Fair, Hospitals, Airport, Fig Tree, Old Town etc.
