Good morning, Our structure has a new 24h Self Check-in system, you will not find any type of staff waiting for you. Identity documents must be sent before your arrival, after sending us the photo of your identity documents via Mail or Whatsapp you will receive a message with the codes to access the structure, the rooms and all the information useful for your stay. Before booking, we invite you to read and understand that the Check-in and Check-out service is completely Self Service. Our facility is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, 50 meters from the bus stop that takes you to Centro Como and Lake Como. Located in a strategic area to be able to reach various destinations by car: 5 minutes Como Centro motorway exit 5 minutes Sant' Anna Hospital 10 minutes Lake Como 10 minutes Como Center 10 minutes Swiss Customs 20 minutes Lugano 30 minutes Milan A few steps from the property you can find a cafeteria, pastry shop, restaurant, pizzeria, baker, pharmacy, town hall and the postal service.
