The Boutique Apartment is a modern and elegant 83 sq m apartment in the heart of Parma, just a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. Located in a central yet quiet area, surrounded by welcoming bars and restaurants, it's easy to experience the city on foot. It features a spacious living room with a sofa and TV for maximum relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts. Easily accessible by car, it's located on the edge of the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
The 83 sq m three-room apartment features high-quality finishes and furnishings, offering every comfort. It comprises a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a windowed shower, a living area with a sofa bed, and a modern open-plan kitchen. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, 700 meters from Parma Cathedral, 1 km from the Teatro Regio, 1.3 km from the train station, 1.9 km from the EFSA, and 1.5 km from the Parco Ducale.
