Vecchia Perledo 1907 tipica vecchia casa italiana tutta ristrutturata dotata di tutte le le comodità, una casa dove si respira profumo di un tempo di una classicità italiana una vera casa di charme. un appartamento si trova al secondo piano dotato di 2 camere e una cucina soggiorno c'è anche uno stupendo balconcino da dove si può avere una vista stupenda sul lago, l'altro appartamento è situato a pianterreno una struttura vecchia e rustica con i sassi a vista dove vi sembrerà di vivere in un'altra epoca, fuori c'è anche un piccolo angolo una panca in pietra Dove potrete mangiare o sorseggiare un buon vino, nella tranquillità di questo storico borgo.
Mi piace far rivivere questi vecchi Borghi sono un patrimonio importantissimo per il nostro paese e amo molto il lago di Como i suoi paesaggi.
Vicino all'appartamento c'è una vecchia chiesa del 1400, il suono delle sue campane mi farà rivivere in un'altra epoca. Intorno a pochi metri dall'appartamento ci sono tutti i servizi essenziali minimarket, bar ristorante.
