All our facilities are located in the historical center of Venice, the ideal starting point for a tourist who wants to discover our city feeling, at least for a few days, an authentic Venetian. All our accommodations (apartments and rooms) are offered as simple temporary rentals with no service provided, as by Italian law (art. 27bis della L.R. Veneto 11/2013). According to this, it not possible to provide to our guests: cleaning service during the stay (only before and after), linens change, breakfast or other type of services typical of the hotels. How to access the accommodations The key collection will be done to the address Castello, Calle dei Preti 1980,, 30122, Venice. Check-in is not directly at the accommodation, but at the check-in office in Calle dei Preti 1980, sestiere Castello, 30122 Venezia. Please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival to make an appointment. CHECK-IN: possible from 15.30 to 19.30 (luggage storage available upon appointment). After 19.30, by prior arrangement and sending specific information and with a notice of at least 2 days, you can request a self check-in independently.

A few steps from the main attractions, our accommodations are ideally located within walking distance of conveniences (such as supermarkets, pharmacies, ...) and typically Venetian places (the Church of San Giovanni e Paolo, the Church of Santa Maria Formosa and the "Scuola Grande di San Marco", ...).
