This stylish apartment at St. Mark's, completely refurbished in 2020, is in a 17th-century Venetian house in which, a recent renovation, has combined the original architectural elements with contemporary touches. It consists of a living room with a very well equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a second bathroom. From the windows, you can enjoy a charming view of a small canal where gondolas pass by.

At San Marco district there are the city's most important museums and palaces. The apartment is in a quiet area but just a few steps away from the main historical sites. Pamper yourself listening to a lyrical opera at the Fenice Opera House, just a few steps away, while iconic St Mark's Square is only a short walk. The apartment is located in the very heart of Venice, from which you can easily walk to the most important historical and artistic sites (such as, for example, St Mark's Square, La Fenice Opera House, Fortuny Palace, Scala Contarini del Bovolo, etc.) and to a very elegant shopping area: Calle Larga XXII Marzo. A few steps from the apartment, along the Grand Canal, you can catch the Vaporetto (public boat transport service) at the Sant'Angelo stop and quickly reach any point in the city. The connection to the Venice Marco Polo airport is also very convenient, thanks to the direct Alilaguna shuttle that stops at Sant'Angelo.
