Property information

For people who love quiet and nature. In Villa Alpina there are 2 different indipendent apartments: you can rent each separate or togheter. Adamello and Groste are really the same and can become communicating; both adjacent flats are on 2 levels and have a splendid stained glass window with a unique view of the Dolomiti di Brenta.

Neighbourhood information

Villa Alpina is situated in a lovely and wonderful environment cut out for those who are looking for peace, tranquility and refreshing contact with nature; despite being relatively close to the center of Madonna di Campiglio (about 5 km away). This place is in a very small hamlet, named Fogajard. It's reserved and silent, being located 2 km from the main street (SS 237 Pinzolo-Madonna di Campiglio). In summer time you can do trekking or mountainbike in one of the trails close to the apartment. In winter in 15 minutes you can reach sky facilities. The chalet with the flats is located in a small group of houses, to access it you have to drive along a mountain road for about 2 km from the main street. The car park is about 200 meters away from the house which can only be reached via a footpath.

IMPORTANT: to get to the apartment you have to drive along a narrow mountain road that in winter would be covered with snow or ice, so it is FUNDAMENTAL as well as MANDATORY by law to have your car equipped with the appropriate winter devices: winter tyres and chains (knowing how to fit them).

The car park is about 200 meters away from the house, which can only be reached on foot along the narrow road that descends into the village.
