Villa of the 20s of the last century renovated according to the style of Lake Como, where the wood of our woods is the master. Located in front of the lake, the property has a comfortable garage, an unheated swimming pool and a garden that develops in length like a walk in the enchantment of the flora.

I have 5 years of experience in hosting by managing another property in Monza.

Located 200 meters from the boat pier, restaurants and ice cream parlor. Through the boats it is possible to visit the most characteristic places of the lake including Como, Bellagio, Menaggio, Isola Comacina and the beautiful villas of the lake that can be visited (such as Villa Carlotta). As for the restaurants, I recommend the Imperialino, the Pizzeria Bistrot Cafè Bellini or the La Veranda restaurant, all 250 meters away. As an ice cream parlor, on the other hand, I highly recommend the Le Giuggiole ice cream shop to enjoy an ice cream with a lake view, 700 meters away. It is also possible to rent motor boats from the Nettuno pier which is 150 meters away.
