The hosts Harald & Verena are available with information and tips about the best beaches, excursions, restaurants and sights to make sure that all guest experiences are as pleasant and varied as possible. With passion, love & know-how they create a place of relaxation and well-being for their guests. They speak German, English and Italian.

Property information

The villa offers a large garden with a variety of plants from the Mediterranean maquis, a large communal roof terrace with sea view, outdoor seating and a large breakfast terrace, also with sea views. The rooms are well-cared and spacious. Yoga classes and massages are offered on the roof terrace. All products are bought seasonally from local farmers for a rich, delicious and balanced breakfast experience.

Neighbourhood information

‘Villa Bella Salmagi’ is located between the capital Cagliari and the holiday resort Villasimius in the south of Sardinia. The hillside location of the villa, surrounded by lush green Mediterranean maquis, offers a breathtaking view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. A small beach is less than 15 minutes' walk away and is ideal for swimming or snorkelling in the crystal-clear water. On the roof terrace, with its fantastic sea view, you can relax, practise yoga, treat yourself to a massage, meditate or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. There are also classes, retreats and courses on yoga, mindfulness living and similar topics.
