Located on the beautiful island of Gozo in the Maltese archipelago, Ta' Martin is a self-catering vacation home. It occupies a 300-year-old farmhouse that has been recently renovated. Free Wi-Fi is available on site. This vacation home is spread over 2 floors. It has a small private courtyard on the first floor, where you will find a living/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a bedroom with a separate entrance from the courtyard. -If necessary, GAS for heating must be paid on the spot basing on consumption: Euro 10 per day directly to the owner on site. -Damage deposit: Euro 600 will be charged for the groups under 21. Tax to be paid on the spot: euro 1 per pax per day - untill 6 days - up to 14 years old are exempt"
