The villa is situated directly on the Bay of Tuerredda, one of the most beautiful and famous of Sardinia. The location is unique and unrepeatable, set in its own park of 10 million meters of Mediterranean bush paintings with juniper, myrtle, mastic trees and wild olive trees. From the house, which is 30 meters from the sea, you have direct access to a small and very private beach in the beautiful rocky coves that create a natural pool of high and turquoise water. With a panoramic walk of 10 minutes you arrive at the beautiful beach of Tuerredda, from stunning water transparency. From the spacious terraces and the pergola surrounding the house there is a show that can not leave us indifferent, all dehor area is enjoyable and equipped with deck chairs and table and chairs for dining al fresco. There is a barbecue area and outdoor shower, hidden by mastic plants. The house is on one floor, three steps separate the living from the sleeping area. The living area is lit up by a spectacular glass window that opens like a picture on the pergola overlooking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

This is our place of the soul. It has enormous emotional value as the roots of our family are there. We lived our childhood there during the long summers by the sea. Entire generations of our family have loved and cherished it and we are trying to do the same. We want to share the beauty of the nature of this place that is not only ours but belongs to everyone. Thinking that families can spend unforgettable moments sitting on the terraces watching and listening to the sea makes us happy. This is a happy home that has a history and that has not been built just to accommodate tourists but to welcome a family and where everything has something to tell. SURROUNDING Near our villa you can find many points of interest for nature lovers, trekking, fauna and archeology. CHIA WITH ITS ORCHARDS AND ITS BEAUTIFUL BEACHES: Chia is a small village, where in addition to several restaurants and shops in the Piazzetta, there are numerous orchards where you can buy healthy and tasty seasonal fruit and vegetables. The beautiful sea coast of Chia, start from the ruins of the ancient Phoenician city of Bithia, and unfold in a myriad of sandy coves, secluded, large, tiny and sometimes crowned with small ponds, nest of pink flamingos. LAGOON AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE OF NORA: The lagoon center of Nora is nestled between the waters of the homonymous pond and those of the sea, separated by a peninsula, an ancient beach rich in fossils. FORESTA IS CANNONERIS: Is Cannoneris is the largest holm oak forest in Europe and is a place of great attraction for lovers of trekking and walking.
