Villa Claudia is a charming vacation home located in the heart of Puglia, Carovigno area, within the Riva Marina 1 Village, just a few steps from the sea. The privileged location allows easy access to the beaches of Specchiolla and the crystal clear waters of Salento. The house is located a 5-minute drive from the famous Torre Guaceto Marine Area. The house has two bedrooms, one double and another with two single beds, ideal for families with children or groups of friends. The dining room has a comfortable sofa bed. Two bathrooms and a veranda lounge overlooking the private garden complete the villa. The location of the house within the village guarantees privacy and, at the same time, is ideal for families with children who want to take advantage of all its facilities (swimming pool,sports fields,etc.). Dogs are allowed! The proximity to the characteristic historic villages in the area (Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, etc.) will allow you to immerse yourself in Apulian culture and tradition.

Our holiday home is located in Specchiolla, a lively seaside village on the Apulian coast, famous for its golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. Just a few minutes’ walk will take you to the seafront, where you can enjoy the relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere. Close by is the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, a stunning protected oasis perfect for hiking, snorkeling, and exploring unspoiled nature. Specchiolla is also a great starting point to discover the most charming towns of the Itria Valley, such as Ostuni, the famous “White City”, Ceglie Messapica, renowned for its traditional cuisine, Cisternino, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Lecce. Within 40 minutes drive, you can also reach Alberobello with its UNESCO-listed trulli houses, and Locorotondo, famous for its circular old town and white wine. Nearby, you’ll find seafood restaurants, traditional trattorias, and evening markets, offering a true taste of authentic Apulian hospitality.
