Villa Il Girasole is located in Parrano, Tuscany. This detached vacation rental property offers air conditioning, Free WIFI and sleeps up to 20 people with 7 Bedrooms and 8 Bathrooms. There is a private pool with Barbecue. The house heating is set at 40 Euros per day paid directly to the owner. The tax amount is set at 2 Euros per person for the whole stay after the second night. Children under 14 years old are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
