"Villa Isotta" stands in Trevignano Romano, a town on the shores of Lake Bracciano. The villa is located in a dominant position overlooking the lake. It is 400 m from the town center and the equipped beaches; it is only 35 km from the capital. Access to the villa is determined by a steep slope, so for those who have difficulty walking it is advisable to be equipped with cars.The villa consists of two large living rooms, a large kitchen with fireplace, three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a total of 250 square meters. Outside we find 100 sqm of porch and 200 sqm of garden all enjoying a full lake view while being in the village.In the Villa there is a outdoor jacuzzi for free that can also be used as a children's pool,open
only in the summer. The villa is perfect for a holiday with family or friends thanks to the large indoor and outdoor spaces and allows guests to enjoy the country in comfort and autonomy. Guests can have access to the whole villa, to the entire garden and to the entire portico.All have two entrances available an independent through the garden with outdoor parking, and another through shared entrance with the owner with parking.
