Property information

It's a stone villa, reminiscent of the characteristics of a Tuscan Umbrian farmhouse. It has a special charm, pleasant to live, relaxing, warm; a structured environment to spend hours in the countryside surrounded by olive trees and enjoy a beautiful sunset from the porch.

Neighbourhood information

We are to 2 km from the country of Cerveteri, that contains an old castle with an etruscan museum and we are to a kilometer from the etruscan necropolis, where the graves can be admired with everything of their charm. Besides, we're to 10 km from the Castle of Severe Saint on the sea with a long free beach, and to 2 km from the characteristic waterfalls .
