Villa Livia is a completely renovated late 19th-century Art Nouveau structure with a sea-view swimming pool, large garden, relaxation air, barbecue and garage; all for the exclusive use of the only guests on the property and the host's family. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, TV, private WiFi, bathroom including towels, double bed with linens, welcome bottle of local wine. The property is located 1 km from the highway exit, 1.5 km from the beach, 3 km from the central station of Porto San Giorgio and 5 km from the historic center of Fermo.
Present any kind of commercial activities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry, tobacco shop, etc.
