We are a small family business (property management in the name and on behalf of the owner) in the central-western part of Sardinia: a beautiful and unspoilt coast, rich in culture and traditions, where to find peace, relax and enjoy authentic experiences through a selection of holiday homes a few steps from the sea.

Property information

Villa Luigi is located in Sa Rocca Tunda, a small village immersed in the tranquility, a few steps from the sea. The villa is characterised by its large outdoor space, ideal for families with children and it offers four bedrooms, two of which are double, one with two single beds, one with a single bed plus a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV. There is also a large veranda which includes a sitting area and a dining table. In the garden there is a large barbecue with a stone table. The house includes air conditioning, mosquito nets and WI-FI. Villa Luigi is only 30 metres far from the beach. Coming by car or renting a car is highly recommended to reach this property and to get around. Free parking is available inside and by the property on the street. If you need a taxi, we can book this for you, from/to the airport and also during your stay. Our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, are possible prior approval, but may be subject to an extra charge.

Neighbourhood information

Sa Rocca Tunda is ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquillity away from the chaos of the most crowded holiday resorts. Large spaces and shallow waters make it suitable for families with children. Sa Rocca Tunda extends at the foot of the Capo Mannu promontory, in the northern part of the Sinis peninsula, next to a small village of houses and dirt roads in the San Vero Milis area. The beach, about one kilometres long, is part of the Sinis marine protected area and it's bathed by a turquoise sea. You can contemplate this panorama by staying at our Villa Luigi.
