Villa Massignano is a paradise of peace and quiet in the heart of the Italian region Marche. The villa is located at 1 km of the town center of Gualdo, 10 km from San Ginesio. and 12 km from Sarnano. The villa has a private pool with panoramic view, furnished outer spaces for outdoor dining in the sun as well as in the shade and plenty of private parking space. The villa sleeps six in three bedrooms and has two complete bathrooms. This stone villa in Gualdo is situated on two floors. On the ground floor a spacious dining area with kitchen corner, a bathroom, storage room with washing machine and a spacious living room with TV. On the first floor a double room with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, another double room, a twin room and another bathroom with shower. Villa Massignano offers a private swimming pool with panoramic view, furnished outer space for outdoor eating and plenty of private parking space.
