Villa Mimosa is in Capo Vaticano, located on a cool hill overlooking the Strait of Messina, just 2km from the sea, 1 hour from Airport. In the large property of 5000mq there two villas with private veranda and garden. Privacy is guaranteed. If you are looking for a place to spend your holidays in complete relaxation, but being close to the sea, this is the right home for you. If you have children they can play in the large garden and on the playground. The new panoramic in-ground swimming pool is available on the property, in a panoramic and fenced position for the safety of children. Sun loungers and deck chairs are available around the pool. The parking is inside the property, and you will also find: barbecue, mosquito nets, free Wi-fi, air conditioning / heating, LCD SAT TV, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor shower ... and the friendliness of the owners who will be happy to give you all the information about the area. To visit the area and not miss the wonderful landscapes and beaches, you need a car. In 5 minutes you reach the sea and the shops, in 15 minutes you reach the beautiful Tropea. The greatest satisfaction is to see that people are happy and satisfied to spend their holidays here. I live with my family in another Villa in the same property. We are discreet people, but we will always be at your disposal to give you information about the area or simply to let you have a chat! We take care of the garden and the pool every day, to guarantee our guests a stay in a comfortable environment. We also take special care in cleaning the house. Our house is our house is located in Capo Vaticano, it is ideal for families and couples looking for a location surrounded by nature and tranquility. (For this reason only people that book the house can come inside property). With the car you can reach the beaches, shops, supermarkets in 5 minutes. In 15 minutes you reach Tropea, a famous town of historical and cultural interest, it is also a reference point for nightlife.
Villa Mimosa is located in the Costa Degli Dei, in Capo Vaticano, an area where there are beaches that offer enchanting landscapes. In a few minutes you can reach the market, restaurants and the amphitheater and the Torre Marrana, very suggestive place. Just 10/15 minutes by car you can reach Tropea, a famous historical town, where you can walk through the alleys and on the central course, at the end of which there is "the view" or a balcony overlooking the sea, on the beach below which is among the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world (Skyscanner) and the church of the island. In addition there are many shops of local artisans and artists, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. Throughout the summer, there are many village festivals, where you can taste typical local products.
