The villa is set over three levels within sun-facing gardens measuring over 1500 square metres. There is a 15 metre heated salt water swimming pool with depth of 0.4 metres to 2 metres. There are parasols, loungers, BBQ and garden table and chairs. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with fireplace and satellite TV. The adjacent open plan kitchen and dining room is well equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Also on this floor is a separate laundry room with washer / dryer, as well as a bathroom with shower. There is a wii games console and selection of board games. (Guests will need to bring their own controllers and games). There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Two of these bedrooms are twin rooms, whilst the third is a double room and the fourth has a single bed as well as bunk beds and so can sleep up to 3 in total. There are also 2 bathrooms on this floor, one with an enormous bath and the other with a shower. A second flight of stairs leads to the second floor. This is a large open space with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. This floor also has a shower room, sauna and home gym, with treadmill, bench and mini gym.

An adjoining garage at the property can accommodate two vehicles. The property is ideally located for those who have an active lifestyle. 2 kilometres away is a great sports centre with indoor swimming pool, tennis court, archery and horse riding. There is a second horse riding centre just 300 metres from the villa. Also nearby is the safari park and a large indoor karting centre. For those who enjoy cycling, there is a 40km cycle path leading along the Ticino Reiver and Villoresi Canal. It's a 15 minute drive to Lake Maggiore and an easy 20 minute drive from the property to the beautiful lakeside town of Arona. The nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes away by car. However there are also two small grocery shops in Divignano just 200 metres from the property, accessible on foot in just 3 minutes. Or, there is also a bakery just 100 metres away which sells bread and milk and other essentials.
